We are interested in creating emotional connection through the rendering of space, treatment of materials, and construction of form. Our practice explores worldbuilding and draws on storytelling elements, which are determined by how they interact in correspondence to the body. We utilize object making, digital components, sensory cues, and ephemera to create multi-dimensional spaces and experiences. These responsive environments create dialogue between humanness, technology, and the natural world. Errare (e-ˈrär-ā) is a Latin word meaning to wander or roam. In the geological context, it refers to the slow movement of glacial erratic rocks traced over land mass, which helps illustrate the passing of time.* Our ethos is shaped by quantifying time and space through the use of both the earthly and abstract. We assign value to slowness, the intangible, and finding ways to extend the breadth within moments. *This concept is expertly documented in the book A Guide Through Hue by Sibylle Eimermacher. Se Young Au (b. Seoul) is an artist whose work is at the intersection of digital collage, installation, and olfaction. Throughout their artistic practice they are committed to a multi-disciplinary exploration imbued with the agility to generate connections between various realms. They conceive works from a place where loss is subverted into the creation of alternative worlds and where natural beauty is suspended and channeled as the sublime.   Kaitlyn Darby (b. Rochester, NY) is a multidisciplinary designer and artist focused on worldbuilding, spatial design, set design, and interior architecture. Her work explores the layers that exist in the human self through our emotional connection to space. Drawing on research of sacred architectural motifs and patterns in nature, she reflects on what it means to transcend physical reality through objects and architecture.
